Window Cleaning

We offer the best window cleaning possible that has been harnessed through years of experience.

We have cleaned over 10,000 window panes, if not more, from construction cleaning to semi-yearly residential clients.

1. Post construction cleaning:

This type of clean takes off debris that is hard to clean, usually after a new build or construction has taken place. We take off glue, cement, paint, silicon, etc.

2. Residential maintenance clean:

Ideally this should be completed twice a year, and it's never too late to start!

** We are offering a free inside cleaning when you purchase an interior and exterior cleaning if you are a first time client. We want to show you what it looks like to get both sides of the panes spotless. The results are so amazing that you can’t even see the window!

Eavestrough/Gutter

Cleaning

We offer some of the most thorough assessments and offer practical solutions that many newer companies often skip. Over the last decade we have seen over 1500 different gutters/eavestroughs and have built up easy solutions for most problems people often face.

We offer 3 service packages and an assessment option that can become part of

the service charge.

Assessment includes:

• Water flow check
• Drone close up flight
• Physical inspection for larger issues

Service includes:

Basic:

• Cleaning of all debris including shingle dust and any obstructions.
• Downspout checks and clean-outs; Disassembly and reassembly available for years of buildup in the downspouts, if needed.
• Three leak seals for leaks and holes (under 1 cm) included: these usually are at the corners or attachment sites to the spouts that may not be sealed anymore. 

Moderate:

• All the above plus water-flow check to see where your water accumulates and if it runs correctly.
• Fixing hanging gutters with extra brackets.
• Basic repair of damaged spouts and gutters.
• More seals for broken areas!

Advanced:

• This includes all the above but also the option for adding a new downspout in areas where required and where water is not flowing away from. This is usually done after the first moderate assessment or can be identified in your basic cleaning!

Pressure Washing

We offer pressure washing/soft-washing for the exterior of your home.

Soft washing involves us cleaning off surfaces with sodium hypochlorite, so we do not just rely on high pressure water. This gives the benefit to keep away mold and algae buildup for up to a year after the cleaning and we can also use lower pressure for more sensitive surfaces.

Examples of soft washing are:

- House sidings

- Gutter exteriors also called gutter brightening (makes them look like freshly

installed even after a decade)

- Stucco walls

- Roofs

- Certain exterior surfaces that require more than just a pressure wash. For example, we add degreaser for oily pavements.

We also offer regular pressure washing for:

- Patios (without gaps)

- Driveways

- Walkways

- Tiles

Christmas Light Installation

We pride ourselves in being one of the best companies for festive light installs. We have honed over 13 years of light installations and know the best way for each roof and layout. Our product recommendations are usually spot on and they have warranties on them to avoid having to buy them over and over. Festive light installation sees some of the most critical injuries during Christmas time for home owners and we want to take that risk out for you and your family. Our crew is experienced and trained to install your Christmas lights safely and neatly. We install them in such a way that you can have a time switch added for auto-on/off and we install the lights so that weather can’t damage them. We recommend that you call us to take them down after 3 months each year to keep the recommended 5 year warranty active on the suggested lights.

We also offer installs for harder to reach areas with a 40 foot ladder. We can reach up to 60 feet with a boom lift - we will have the equipment ready for install.

Roofing

We offer a better alternative than paying an arm and a leg for roofing companies to do a simple fix on roofs. Often clients get charged thousands of dollars by roofing companies just to fix a small leak in the roof or get talked into changing the whole roof even though the roof may still have a few good years left. We offer a shingle

replacement and basic roof inspection to let you know if it’s a quick fix or if you have to make that more expensive call for a complete roof replacement. Most of the time we can help you save money and add extra years to your roof by simply patching up the holes or changing out the weak or blown off shingles. Often we an add extra tar to the shingles to make the stick have a longer life.

We make sure to do a good job every time. We use proper roofing tools materials and techniques to make it look professional and to get it done safely.
